Test Dates

Write Right Now prepares students for the reading, writing and language and math sections of the SAT. Tutors are flexible and can arrange sessions to suit students' busy schedules including weekends.

Students receive instruction in the following areas:
   •   test-taking strategies
   •   time management
   •   grading methodology
   •   SAT grammar
•   writing skills
   •   SAT math skills
   • algebra I and II, geometry and precalculus review
   •   critical reading techniques

* Starting in March 2024, the SAT will be administered on a laptop or tablet

ACT

The SAT and ACT are distinctly different tests. While there is significant overlap of content areas, test-taking strategies and timing differ.
For students who are taking the ACT in addition to the SAT, instruction will include a comprehensive science review, additional grammar concepts and ACT appropriate test-taking strategies. Students will also learn time management skills and scoring concepts which apply specifically to the ACT.
